Professional background

A practicing lawyer since 1986, Pau Molins Amat has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the University of Barcelona (1988).
He founded the firm in 1994 with Dr Jesús Silva and is currently Molins Defensa Penal’s only Managing Partner.
Author of specialized articles published in various legal journals and a regular lecturer in speeches and sessions organized in collaboration with the Barcelona Bar Association, the Council of the Bar Associations of Catalonia, the General Council for Spanish Law, the General Council of the Judiciary and various business organizations, such as the Employers Association.
He is also a lecturer in Criminal Business Law at the MBA of the Institute of Higher Studies for Business (IESE)..
