Ana Bernaola

Professional background

A practicing lawyer since 2004, Ana Bernaola holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Barcelona and the Pompeu Fabra University, and legal MBA in management of law firms by the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE).
she joined the firm in 2004, in the Barcelona office, moving to the Madrid office in 2010.
In 2019, she was appointed associate attorney.
she has been a member of the Criminal Law Section of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) (2007-2010).
Currently, she is a tutor of Criminal Praxis in the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Navarra in Madrid.
